1. Collaborate with various departments to understand their event and experience needs and goals.

3. Conduct research and gather resources to enhance the event and experience planning process.
4. Communicate with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders to coordinate logistics and ensure a successful event.
5. Help manage budgets and track expenses related to events and experiences.
6. Assist in developing creative concepts and ideas for events and experiences.
7. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure events and experiences are effectively promoted and advertised.
8. Assist in the creation of event materials and collateral, such as invitations, programs, and signage.
9. Provide on-site support during events and experiences, including set-up, registration, and attendee management.
10. Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to continually improve future events and experiences.
11. Keep track of industry trends and best practices to incorporate into event and experience planning.
