  1. Manage and maintain HR data and records for global employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  2. Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees in various locations, including coordinating with other departments and managing paperwork.
  3. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  4. Coordinate and administer employee programs, such as performance evaluations, training, and development initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and efficient processes and procedures.
  6. Keep up-to-date on global HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance with employment laws in all locations.
  7. Assist with global HR projects, such as system implementations, process improvements, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  8. Prepare and analyze HR reports to identify trends and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  9. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
  10. Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and assisting with job postings.
  11. Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline HR operations processes.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  14. Uphold and promote the company's mission, values, and culture in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Or Related Field, Preferably In A Global Company.

  • Knowledge Of Hris Systems, Such As Workday, And Experience With Data Entry And Reporting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Hr Policies, Procedures, And Compliance Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Teams And Individuals From Diverse Backgrounds.
