Project Management Analyst

The Project Management Analyst is responsible for tracking the project management lifecycle from initiation to closure for Dole plant projects. Projects will be related to process automation, process improvement, engineering, construction, and technology expansion/implementation. Responsible for identifying necessary Dole project stakeholders and external resources to determine project scope, feasibility, and cost. Responsible for creating project plans, timelines, schedules, activities, risks, and ultimately, a Statement of Work (SOW) for leadership to evaluate and approve projects. Responsible for facilitating successful project kick-off meetings and ensures everyone knows their role on the project team. Reviews and monitors project progress, expense vs. budget, and timelines to drive projects forward. Responsible for managing project risks and issues. Ensures work is being completed according to agreed upon standards and schedules. Periodically presents project statuses to plant and executive leadership.
