  1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  2. Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and upselling.
  3. Lead and develop a team of sales associates by providing training, coaching, and feedback.
  4. Monitor and track sales performance of the store and individual team members.
  5. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  8. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance.
  9. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new sales associates.
  10. Maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for both customers and team members.
  11. Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to ensure store coverage.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  13. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and changes in company promotions and policies.
  14. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Lead Sales Associate At Dollar General Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role. This Experience Should Include Managing Inventory, Customer Service, And Cash Handling.
