Previous Retail Experience: A Lead Sales Associate At Dollar General Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role. This Experience Should Include Managing Inventory, Customer Service, And Cash Handling.
