Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Success Manager to join Dollar Rent A Car’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for our customer base, ensuring their satisfaction and helping us retain and grow their business.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also be knowledgeable about our services and products and be able to provide answers to customer inquiries.
