Job Description

At Dollar Tree, we are looking for an Electronic Payments Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing our payment systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.This position requires an individual with a keen eye for details and a passion for staying ahead of the latest payment trends. To be successful, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, coupled with 2+ years of experience managing electronic payments. In addition to being well-versed in electronic payment systems like ACH, SEPA and Wires, you should also have knowledge of payment automation software and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and analyze electronic payment systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Monitor and stay up to date with the latest payment trends.
  3. Analyze payments, identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Troubleshoot payment system issues and provide solutions.
  5. Develop and implement payment automation software as needed.
  6. Prepare and submit reports on payment system performance.
  7. Monitor payments for compliance with laws and regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with payment partners and vendors.
  9. Provide training and support to users on payment systems.
  10. Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve any discrepancies.
