We are looking for a motivated and organized IT - Support Services Associate to join our team at Dollar Tree! As the ideal candidate, you will be a customer-oriented problem-solver who is eager to use your technical skills to ensure the smooth running of our IT systems. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing a positive customer experience.To be successful in this role, you should have a good working knowledge of IT systems and networks, and be comfortable troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
