11. Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills.
12. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
13. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, escalating to management when necessary.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations and customer satisfaction.
