
Store Construction Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Construction Project Manager to join our team at Dollar Tree. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of store construction projects from start to finish. You will be leading a team of professionals, providing guidance, and ensuring that the projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate for this role should have an extensive background in construction management and project management with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of store construction projects from start to finish • Lead a team of professionals and provide guidance throughout the process • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Develop and manage detailed project plans • Monitor project goals and objectives and make necessary adjustments • Collaborate with key stakeholders and external vendors • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation • Prepare and present project updates and status reports • Ensure that projects meet safety standards and regulations • Manage and resolve conflicts between team members and stakeholders • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
