  1. Develop and implement creative and visually appealing displays that effectively showcase Dollar Tree products and attract customers to the store.
  2. Collaborate with store managers and other team members to understand and execute merchandising plans and strategies.
  3. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of store displays, making adjustments as needed to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  4. Ensure that all displays are set up in a timely manner and adhere to company standards and guidelines.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current retail trends and incorporate them into display designs to keep the store fresh and appealing to customers.
  6. Work closely with the buying team to understand product features and benefits, and use this knowledge to create compelling displays.
  7. Maintain inventory of display materials and supplies, and communicate any needs to management.
  8. Train and coach store associates on proper display techniques and standards to ensure consistency across all locations.
  9. Conduct regular store visits to assess the quality of displays and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations while handling and setting up store displays.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Dollar Tree, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and representing the company.
  12. Assist with other merchandising and store operations tasks as needed.
