Manages all procurement activities for a long term Off Shore Wind project. Manages insourced, outsourced, and contract resources to perform all required procurement activities related to project. Acts as a liaison to Business Unit Director on all aspects of scope development, requisitioning, and contract negotiation. Performs market research for commodity and services related to project needs. Identifies, qualifies, and negotiates with a large number of suppliers of goods and services. Coordinates with Legal to review and modify Terms and Conditions for construction contracts. Oversees the expediting process for all critical components, and ensures schedule adherence. Manages expenditures and reporting for outsourced resources.
