
HR Team Lead
Conduct and/or support the associate in handling initial investigations of employee complaints, document findings, analyzes situation for potential liability, and forward to PeopleFirst Manager or Legal as necessary. Conduct research for current claims to include: on site interviews, documentation retrieval, and governmental contacts as necessary. Assess risk and proactive training/mitigation needed with P.E.R.s as well. Succession and workforce planning for GM and AM position at each store. Conduct second interviews of prospective manager candidates and conduct reference checks. Follow standard quarterly drug testing procedure and lead the in-store testing. Support associate to train store employees on how to take part in wellness and program participation initiatives. Conduct hiring, performance review, engagement and development of direct report.
3-5 years HR generalist experience required
Experience with project and process management preferred
