As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our human resources information systems, ensuring accurate and timely data management. Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's human resources information systems.
Ensure accurate and timely data management within the HRIS.
Analyze and troubleshoot any issues with the HRIS, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with various departments, including HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the HRIS.
Develop and maintain HRIS training materials for employees and managers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS management.
Create and maintain reports within the HRIS to provide data and analytics for decision-making.
Maintain data integrity within the HRIS, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS operations.
Provide support and guidance to HR team members on HRIS-related matters.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR data management.
Take ownership of special projects related to HRIS implementation and upgrades.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for HRIS support and maintenance.
Train new employees on HRIS processes and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all HRIS data.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Hris Administration And Support.
Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency In Hris Software, Such As Workday, Adp, Or Sap.
Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Employee Data Management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
