Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Hris Administration And Support.
Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency In Hris Software, Such As Workday, Adp, Or Sap.
Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Employee Data Management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
