As the Lead Franchise Business Consultant, you will lead our franchise business consultancy services, providing strategic guidance to franchisees and helping them grow their businesses.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance, as well as 5+ years of experience in business consulting, ideally within the restaurant industry. You must be an excellent communicator, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and possess the ability to develop successful relationships with stakeholders across multiple franchises. Most importantly, you must be motivated and have the ability to think outside the box and take initiative.
