Job Description

Domino's Pizza is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the Supply Chain Center. As a crucial part of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center, while ensuring that all objectives are met. Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Supply Chain Center, including scheduling, staffing, and training.
Monitor performance of operations staff and provide guidance and feedback to ensure efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Analyze operational data and develop data-driven solutions to improve processes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Supply Chain Center.
Manage inventory levels to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
