Job Description

Oversee the accounting for the Company’s operating and financing leases which include corporate store and supply chain center locations, regional and corporate offices, supply chain fleet equipment, and other misc. equipment leases. Perform the lease test and calculate the right of use asset and lease liability for newly signed and/or amended leases. Maintain the lease asset portfolio within the Company’s cloud-based leasing system. Record periodic journal entries (e.g., new leases, modifications, disposals, and recurring activity). Record periodic journal entries to record certain ABS activity, including evaluation of certain allocations; prepare certain account reconciliations and verify accuracy of intercompany balances between restricted entities. Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of Accounting or Finance experience (public accounting and CPA preferred)
