- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support decision-making within the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and track financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitors to inform business strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Support the Finance & Strategy team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of DoorDash's business model and industry landscape.
- Communicate and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain financial models and tools.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Act as a mentor and provide support to other team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Strategy Roles, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Financial Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting, As Well As Experience With Financial Analysis And Reporting Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Sql.
