6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams across the organization, including Operations, Marketing, and Product, to gather insights and drive alignment on financial and strategic initiatives.
7. Problem-solve: Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and identify solutions.
8. Conduct market research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
9. Support budgeting and forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasting processes.
10. Contribute to team initiatives: Participate in team projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and support the growth of the Finance & Strategy team.
11. Stay organized and meet deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
12. Uphold company values: Represent the DoorDash brand and uphold company values in all interactions and initiatives.
