Job Description

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve company goals.
  2. Maximize team performance through effective leadership and motivation.
  3. Monitor, analyze, and report on sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and initiatives.
  5. Use data and insights to continuously improve sales processes and drive efficiency.
  6. Provide guidance and support to sales team members to help them achieve their targets.
  7. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve goals.
  9. Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track progress and performance.
  10. Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks in the sales process.
  11. Train and onboard new sales team members on sales processes and strategies.
  12. Act as a representative of the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Stay up to date on competitor activities and make recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
  14. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  16. Provide regular updates and presentations on sales performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Strategy And Operations, Preferably In The Food Delivery Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Senior Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Projects, With A Focus On Driving Sales Growth And Improving Operational Efficiency.
