  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize delivery operations for the Dasher & Logistics team.
  2. Lead and manage a team of operations managers, data analysts, and other team members to drive company growth and success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and develop solutions.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in delivery operations.
  5. Create and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery services.
  6. Research and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the delivery process.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of strategic initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with restaurant partners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in delivery operations to drive innovation.
  10. Lead and participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions related to delivery operations and strategy.
  11. Manage budget and resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
  12. Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the Dasher & Logistics team.
  13. Communicate with senior leadership to provide updates on the progress and success of strategic initiatives.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction.
  15. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to delivery operations.
