Job Description

As Associate Director of Grants at Drexel University, you will provide leadership and guidance in the development, submission and post-award management of sponsored programs. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of grants and contracts, ensuring successful and compliant management of university resources. To be successful in this role you must have an advanced degree in a related field, 3-5 years of experience in research administration and/or grant management, and a proven track record of successful grant writing. You must also be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
