- Manage and oversee the administration of grants and contracts within the university, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure that all grant and contract activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with faculty and researchers to develop and submit grant proposals, including budget preparation and justification.
- Monitor grant and contract expenditures and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of grant and contract documents, including contracts, subcontracts, and other relevant materials.
- Communicate with external funding agencies and partners to ensure timely and accurate submission of required documents and reports.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline grant and contract administration and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provide guidance and support to faculty and researchers in navigating grant and contract requirements and procedures.
- Collaborate with other university departments and teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of grant and contract activities.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to grant and contract administration, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
- Manage and maintain financial records and budgets related to grants and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and submit reports to relevant stakeholders, including funders, university leadership, and faculty.
- Serve as a liaison between faculty, researchers, and external funding agencies, providing timely and accurate information and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of university-wide initiatives and policies related to grants and contracts.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications related to grant and contract administration.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Grant Management And Administration.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Grant Funding.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Experience With Financial Reporting And Budget Management.
