  1. Serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries from the university community.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals contacting the HR service center.
  3. Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing appropriate communication methods.
  4. Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures to accurately answer questions and address concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of all inquiries and their resolutions.
  6. Collaborate with other HR team members to resolve complex or sensitive issues.
  7. Continuously strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR service center.
  8. Keep up-to-date with any changes or updates to HR policies and procedures.
  9. Educate and guide employees on available HR resources and self-service options.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Uphold the university's values and promote a positive image of the HR department.
  12. Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment within the HR team.
  14. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  15. Represent Drexel University and the HR department in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
