- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries from the university community.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures to accurately answer questions and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all inquiries and their resolutions.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to resolve complex or sensitive issues.
- Continuously strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR service center.
- Keep up-to-date with any changes or updates to HR policies and procedures.
- Educate and guide employees on available HR resources and self-service options.

- Represent Drexel University and the HR department in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Hr Role.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism.
