Job Description

Edit and render of captured files with desktop editing software. Upload files to media server for immediate availability to users. Consult with faculty/presenters to discuss personal presentation needs. Assist faculty and quests lecturers regarding set-up of teaching environment. Assures Quality Control of equipment, personnel of departmental services. Regular interaction with department manager to provide feedback on Quality Control, technical and staff issues. Maintains good client relations. Maintains supply inventory and equipment inventory. o Assists in maintaining all computer and technical equipment. Setup lecture rooms, seminar rooms and laboratories as required for position relevant activities.

Job Qualifications
  • 2 years in professional AV, Video Production or Video Conferencing preferred

  • Experience with creation and management of Zoom meeting features and Camtasia editing software preferred
