At Drexel University, we are looking for a highly qualified, customer service-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, have an eye for detail, and have a passion for helping others.The Patient Services Representative is responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service to patients and visitors, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least one year of customer service experience, be comfortable using computers, and have knowledge of medical terminology. Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. Our ideal candidate should also possess the interpersonal skills necessary to interact with patients, visitors and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
