  1. Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to drive growth and meet targets.
  5. Use innovative tactics to drive customer acquisition, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  6. Develop and manage a budget for acquisition lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and customer acquisition.
  8. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing efforts.
  9. Work closely with product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and optimize user experiences.
  10. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on campaign performance and making recommendations for future initiatives.
  11. Implement and maintain effective tracking and reporting systems to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  12. Continuously test and iterate marketing strategies to improve performance and drive growth.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their development.
  14. Stay informed about Dropbox products and updates, and effectively communicate their value to potential and existing customers.

This Includes The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data To Make Informed Decisions And Optimize Campaigns For Maximum Roi.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: This Role Requires Managing And Coordinating Multiple Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills To Ensure That All Campaigns Are Delivered On Time And Within Budget.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Acquisition Campaigns: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Acquisition Campaigns That Have Resulted In Measurable Business Growth. This Includes Experience With A/B Testing, Campaign Optimization, And The Ability To Adapt Strategies Based On Performance Data.
