  1. Develop and implement innovative learning strategies that align with Dropbox's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and analyze training and development needs within the organization and create targeted learning programs to address them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences, including virtual and in-person training, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
  4. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and evolve Dropbox's learning offerings.
  5. Lead and manage a team of learning professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and development.
  6. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and are effectively meeting the needs of employees.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, using data and feedback to make improvements and measure impact.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their development and stay ahead of industry trends.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and experts to bring in new ideas and resources to enhance Dropbox's learning offerings.
  10. Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for learning and development, promoting the importance of continuous growth and development within the organization.

  • Experience In Developing Innovative Learning Strategies And Solutions: A Learning Design & Innovation Leader At Dropbox Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Effective Learning Strategies And Solutions That Drive Business Results.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Often With Tight Deadlines. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Planning, Execution, And Monitoring To Ensure Timely And Successful Completion Of Learning Initiatives.

  • Expertise In Instructional Design: A Deep Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles And Methodologies Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Design Engaging And Effective Learning Experiences Using A Variety Of Delivery Methods, Including E-Learning, Classroom Training, And Blended Learning.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Leader, The Learning Design & Innovation Leader At Dropbox Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Inspire And Motivate A Team Of Learning Professionals. They Should Have Experience In Coaching And Developing Team Members To Reach Their Full Potential.

  • Knowledge Of Learning Technologies And Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Learning Technologies And Tools, Including Learning Management Systems, Authoring Tools, And Virtual Learning Platforms. They Should Be Able To Evaluate And Recommend Appropriate Tools To Support Learning Initiatives At Dropbox.
