- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Utilize data analysis and visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the Tableau dashboards.
- Stay updated on the latest Tableau features and tools to enhance the dashboards and data visualization capabilities.
- Work closely with the HR and people strategy teams to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security by following best practices and protocols.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Train and educate other team members on Tableau best practices and data visualization techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization to continuously improve the dashboards.
- Represent the People Analytics team in meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations with senior leadership.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the dashboards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization by promoting the use of Tableau dashboards and data analytics.
Advanced Knowledge Of Tableau: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Expert-Level Proficiency In Tableau, Including Data Visualization, Data Analysis, And Dashboard Building Capabilities. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Tableau Features And Advanced Functionalities.
Experience In People Analytics: The Candidate Should Have Significant Experience In Working With People Analytics Data, Including Hr Metrics, Employee Engagement, Performance, And Talent Management Data. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of How To Translate This Data Into Actionable Insights For Business Leaders.
Strong Analytical Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset, With The Ability To Quickly Identify Trends And Patterns In Complex Data Sets. They Should Also Have Experience In Utilizing Statistical Methods And Tools To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Communication And Stakeholder Management: As A Manager, This Role Will Require The Candidate To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are A Must, Along With The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Managing People Analytics Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Defining Project Scope, Setting Timelines, Managing Resources, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Dashboards And Insights To Stakeholders. Experience In Agile Project Management Methodologies Is Also Desirable.
