Senior Director, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

We are looking for a mission-driven Senior Director, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to lead and champion our DEI initiatives at Dropbox. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll be a key leader in our commitment to cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture for Dropboxers and our external community. You'll need to be an experienced DEI leader with a passion for making the world a better place.You should have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective DEI strategies. You must have a deep understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and how they intersect. You should also have a strong background in change management, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of people. Above all, you should be committed to driving meaningful change and ensuring we create a workplace that celebrates and respects everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of Dropbox’s DEI vision, strategy, and initiatives

• Develop and execute initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture

• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure DEI is embedded into company policies, processes, and practices

• Partner with HR and other internal teams to ensure DEI is integrated into all aspects of our people operations

• Monitor and evaluate DEI metrics and report on progress

• Deliver DEI training and workshops to ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to our DEI initiatives

• Facilitate conversations on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging

• Develop external partnerships and relationships to further our DEI initiatives

• Stay abreast of DEI trends and best practices and recommend changes and improvements to our DEI program
