Staff Product Manager, Dash Connectors

1. Lead and manage the development of the Dash Connectors product, ensuring it aligns with Dropbox's overall mission and goals.
2. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the product, identifying key milestones and initiatives to drive growth and adoption.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to inform product decisions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive the product vision and ensure successful product launches.
5. Define and track key product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
6. Act as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate updates to stakeholders.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
8. Mentor and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
9. Drive a customer-centric mindset within the team, advocating for the user and continuously seeking feedback to improve the product.
10. Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
