Service Coordinator

This position is responsible for processing, tracking and reporting of customer and vendor rebates for products and services programs. This position utilizes basic accounting skills to process invoices and payments to vendors and rebates to customers. The Service Coordinator position is responsible for assisting Residential Solutions customers by phone with technical questions, concerns and service requests along with dispatching contractor work orders. Assist Residential Solutions customers by phone with questions, concerns and service requests. Dispatch contractor work orders. Participate in special projects as assigned. Dispatch contractor work orders.
