This individual should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in an IT, database, or related field. Additional qualifications include a fundamental understanding of database concepts, the ability to write and execute SQL queries, and prior experience with database administration and design. The successful candidate should also have experience with database optimization, performance tuning, and data security.
