The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations, ensuring each store meets and exceeds its goals. They will provide operational guidance and development to field leadership and store teams. The District Manager will also be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans to promote Dunkin's products in their region.The successful candidate should have prior experience as a District Manager in the retail industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. They should have a strong background in retail operations and excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. The District Manager should also be a creative and innovative problem solver that can work both independently and as part of a team.
