  1. Oversee the operations of multiple Dunkin' locations, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed according to company standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability across all locations.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer service by training and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service to every guest.
  4. Ensure all locations are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop action plans to help team members reach their full potential.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to support company initiatives and achieve overall business goals.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the market.
  10. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality products at competitive prices.
  12. Travel to different locations to conduct site visits and ensure consistency and quality across all locations.
  13. Create and maintain budgets for each location and work towards achieving financial targets.
  14. Train and onboard new team members to ensure a smooth transition and maintain company standards.
  15. Stay committed to upholding the Dunkin' brand and its values in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Restaurant Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager Position At Dunkin' Should Possess A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Multiple Restaurant Locations. This Experience Should Include Hands-On Experience In All Aspects Of Restaurant Operations, Including Staffing, Training, Inventory Management, And Financial Reporting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager At Dunkin' Needs To Be A Strong Leader Who Can Motivate And Inspire A Team To Achieve Their Goals.   • Knowledge Of Dunkin' Brand Standards: In Order To Maintain The High-Quality Standards Of Dunkin' Restaurants, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Brand's Standards And Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations, Customer Service Protocols, And Product Quality Standards.

  • Business Acumen: As A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager At Dunkin', The Candidate Will Be Responsible For The Financial Success Of Multiple Locations. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Business Acumen, With The Ability To Analyze Financial Data, Create Budgets, And Implement Strategies To Increase Profitability.
