  1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple Dunkin' locations, ensuring that each restaurant maintains high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability across all locations.
  3. Train, mentor, and manage a team of employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  6. Conduct regular audits to assess the performance of each location and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with other managers and departments to develop and implement new initiatives and promotions.
