As a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple Dunkin' restaurants, ensuring that each location provides exceptional customer service and delivers high-quality food and beverages.   1. Oversee the operations of multiple Dunkin' restaurants and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
  2. Ensure that each location maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
  3. Train and develop store managers and team members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Dunkin' brand standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  5. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all locations.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  7. Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain appropriate levels of supplies and minimize waste.
  8. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by providing guidance, support, and recognition to team members.
  11. Represent Dunkin' in the community by participating in local events and building relationships with customers and businesses.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the company.
  13. Communicate with upper management to provide updates on store performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
  14. Adhere to and enforce all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the Dunkin' brand image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager At Dunkin' Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A Multi-Unit Setting. This Experience Should Include Managing Teams, Overseeing Operations, And Driving Profitability.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager, The Individual Must Be Able To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Managers And Employees Across Multiple Locations.   • Customer Service Orientation: Dunkin' Is Known For Its Customer Service, And A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager Should Have A Strong Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Experiences. This Includes Ensuring High-Quality Products, Efficient Service, And Addressing Any Customer Concerns Or Complaints Promptly.
