Extensive Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager At Dunkin' Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Multiple Restaurants, Preferably In The Fast-Food Or Quick-Service Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Restaurant Managers And Staff, Ensuring That Each Location Runs Efficiently And Meets Company Standards.
