  1. Oversee multiple Dunkin' locations and ensure their success through effective management and leadership.
  2. Drive sales and increase profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  3. Create and maintain a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, communication, and employee development.
  4. Manage and monitor daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  10. Analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and innovations.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve company objectives and goals.
  13. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase sales.
  14. Ensure all locations are consistently meeting brand standards and providing exceptional guest experiences.
  15. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager At Dunkin' Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Multiple Restaurants, Preferably In The Fast-Food Or Quick-Service Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Restaurant Managers And Staff, Ensuring That Each Location Runs Efficiently And Meets Company Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales And Profit Goals: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Successful Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales And Profit Targets In A Multi-Unit Restaurant Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Upper Management, Staff, And Customers. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Dunkin' Brand Standards And Procedures: Familiarity With Dunkin's Brand Standards, Policies, And Procedures Is Critical For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Values, Menu Offerings, And Operational Processes.
