  1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple Dunkin' restaurants to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Uphold Dunkin's high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness at all times.
  3. Manage and develop a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  4. Monitor and maintain the financial performance of each location, including budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization.
  5. Collaborate with other managers and departments to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
  6. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate company updates, goals, and expectations.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to make informed business decisions.
  10. Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and a strong work ethic.
  11. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and employees.
  12. Conduct regular audits and inspections of each location to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
  13. Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  14. Act as a role model and mentor to promote a positive and professional work culture.
  15. Represent Dunkin' in a positive light and promote the brand to customers and the community.
  16. Stay updated on Dunkin's products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.
  17. Continuously look for ways to improve operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  18. Ensure all restaurants are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  19. Travel to various locations as needed to provide support, training, and oversight.
  20. Perform any other duties as assigned by upper management.
