- Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates for the Entry Level Field Rotational Program in Chemical, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, including orientation and training.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of DuPont's engineering techniques, processes, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to program participants, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in their chosen engineering discipline.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of program participants, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule rotations for program participants, ensuring a diverse and well-rounded experience.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within DuPont to provide cross-functional learning opportunities for program participants.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in engineering to ensure the program remains relevant and competitive.
- Represent DuPont at career fairs and other industry events to promote the Entry Level Field Rotational Program.
- Communicate program updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to the program, including participant performance and program evaluation.
- Continuously assess and improve the program to ensure its success and effectiveness in developing future engineering leaders.
Strong Academic Record With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemical, Mechanical, Or Electrical Engineering From An Accredited University.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills Through Extracurricular Activities Or Previous Internships/Co-Op Experiences.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities.
Willingness To Relocate And Work In Various Locations For The Duration Of The Rotational Program.
