Job Description

DuPont is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to join our team. This position requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate for this role has a scientific background, a passion for the laboratory environment, and a commitment to producing quality results.The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing scientific experiments and tests to analyze the quality and composition of raw materials, finished products, and other substances. They will maintain accurate records of test results and collaborate with other team members to identify and address any issues that arise.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, such as biology, chemistry, or biochemistry. They must also have at least three years of laboratory experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred. An understanding of safety protocols is also essential.We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and passionate about science. Responsibilities for this role include:
