Production Operator

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a production role, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures. They should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A working knowledge of computer systems is a plus. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate the production line according to established safety protocols and quality standards.
2. Monitor production line operations and adjust accordingly to ensure optimal product quality.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues in a timely manner.
4. Ensure production line is adequately stocked and maintained.
5. Follow all safety guidelines and policies.
6. Communicate with supervisors, colleagues, and other personnel to ensure production is running smoothly.
7. Ensure all documentation related to production is accurate and up to date.
8. Monitor inventory levels and order additional supplies as needed.
9. Maintain and update production records.
10. Assist with training new production personnel.
