Job Description

At DuPont, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our team and help us achieve our long-term goals. This position requires an individual with a strong background in real estate, knowledge of the local market, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be expected to provide advice and guidance on a variety of real estate-related matters, as well as negotiate and close deals. Responsibilites:

  1. Provide guidance and advice on real estate-related matters, including residential and commercial properties.
  2. Analyze the local real estate market and advise clients on the most advantageous terms and conditions for their investments.
  3. Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  4. Research and develop innovative strategies to maximize client investments.
  5. Manage the entire real estate transaction process, from initial consultation to closing.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, lenders, and other professionals in the real estate industry.
  7. Prepare and present reports to management on real estate trends and market conditions.
  8. Stay abreast of regulations and changes in the real estate industry.
  9. Provide customer service for inquiries and complaints.
  10. Develop and implement marketing plans to promote properties.
