Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support services to customers and support the sales team in the successful execution of projects.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding technical issues.
  3. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  4. Gather customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and provide timely resolutions to any issues.
  7. Keep up-to-date on product information and provide customers with knowledge base resources.
  8. Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requests are met.
  9. Prepare and present technical presentations to customers.
  10. Track customer accounts and generate reports.
