
Customer Support Specialist
Eastern Bank is looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to provide world-class customer service to our customers. We seek an enthusiastic individual that is passionate about customer service and has the ability to think quickly and work independently.As our Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You will be an expert on Eastern Bank’s products and services and have the ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.The ideal candidate for this position will have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. You should be an energetic team player with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of customer service or related experience. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic.
