Operations Processor

• Process customer transactions according to Eastern Bank policies and procedures
• Monitor and review customer account activity and identify suspicious transactions
• Ensure accuracy of customer information by verifying data and account information
• Investigate customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain customer records and update customer account information
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management
• Assist with operational tasks such as balancing, data entry, and reconciliation
• Comply with all applicable financial regulations and laws
• Adhere to internal control systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
