Responsibilities:

1. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
2. Provide helpful and knowledgeable customer service by answering questions about products and services
3. Cross-sell bank products and services to customers
4. Balance daily cash transactions and reconcile the vault
5. Ensure compliance with regulations and Bank policies
6. Assist customers with ATM transactions
7. Report suspicious or fraudulent activity
8. Maintain customer confidentiality
9. Assist in training and onboarding new Tellers
10. Perform other duties as assigned
