At eBay, we are looking for an Auto Sr. Sales Leader- B2B e-commerce who can help us to continue to grow our B2B e-commerce presence in the automotive industry. This role requires a dynamic sales leader who is passionate about driving business growth through innovative strategies and thought leadership. The ideal candidate must possess the qualifications and experience necessary to excel in this role. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, a record of success in developing relationships with major auto OEMs and aftermarket parts suppliers, and a track record of leading successful sales teams. Additionally, the candidate must bring a customer-focused approach to the team, the ability to think strategically, and the energy to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive B2B e-commerce growth in the automotive industry.
  2. Manage and lead a successful sales team.
  3. Leverage relationships with major auto OEMs and aftermarket parts suppliers to increase sales.
  4. Maintain a customer-centric approach to sales and customer service.
  5. Implement creative tactics to increase sales and maximize revenue.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  8. Provide ongoing training and guidance to sales team members.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
  10. Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales plans.
