Business Planning & Strategy Manager

Lead and improve overall planning process for deals & seller-funded coupons, setting best practices for goal optimization & prioritization, standardizing & bringing structure, coming up with creative ideas and quick iteration to make a significant impact. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in Biz Ops, Vertical teams, Marketing , Finance and Analytics to arrive at daily/ weekly/ quarterly category level allocations for Deals & seller-funded coupon (SFC) Partner closely with internal stakeholders (product Org, buyer org, selling org etc.) on key business initiatives, programs, and special projects related to Deals + SFC strategy development. Drive operational excellence in the Deals org through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or improve processes and approaches to the business. Develop a strategic understanding of the Deals business to connect the dots between internal teams in order to meet deals goals.
