eBay is looking for an experienced and creative People M&A Project Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in talent acquisition, human resources, and project management. They should be organized and able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, while also being an excellent communicator.We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, a highly motivated self-starter, and a team player. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful M&A projects and understand the nuances of the people side of M&A transactions. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage M&A projects with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful completion.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Provide expertise in talent acquisition, human resources, and project management.
  4. Proactively identify and analyze risks related to M&A projects.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
  6. Drive process improvements and initiatives to increase efficiency.
  7. Report project progress to senior management.
  8. Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.
  9. Collaborate with team members to develop best practices and procedures.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
