Job Description

At eBay, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Vendor Engagement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating meaningful relationships with vendors.We are looking for someone who is a natural communicator and problem-solver, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple vendors at once. The Vendor Engagement Manager should be able to build trust with vendors and provide helpful guidance and feedback.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of vendor management, customer service, or related experience, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in a retail environment is preferred.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and who is passionate about helping our vendors succeed. Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure their satisfaction and success in partnering with eBay.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for vendor engagement and improvement.
  3. Manage and prioritize vendor tasks on an ongoing basis.
  4. Monitor and review vendor performance and provide feedback and guidance.
  5. Identify areas for vendor improvement and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure their understanding of eBay’s policies and procedures.
  7. Create and analyze vendor reports to measure performance and identify areas of improvement.
  8. Develop and execute strategies to maximize vendor engagement and participation.
  9. Provide technical support to vendors when needed.
  10. Create and maintain vendor databases.
